What isn't better with bacon? On a whim about a year ago, I made chocolate chip and bacon cookies (inspired by a gourmet chocolate bar with bacon that I bought my husband for Christmas). His co-workers are still asking for the recipe! My husband loves to make homemade ice cream, so now you have me thinking how to incorporate bacon into it. Maybe maple walnut and (thank you Sarah from the above post) chocolate covered bacon chips??? Robin, you are right...everything is better with bacon! Can't wait to try the quiche recipe.
